Lunar Golf - Killeen, Texas 76543 - Killeen Mall

i went to lunar mini golf for the first time with my 5 year old daughter and my parents. my parents were so excited about taking their only grand daughter mini golfing and sadly, it was all ruined in a matter of minutes. we paid for myself to play and my daughter which was 15$. both of my parents just wanted to watch her play and take a million pictures as grandparents do so they did not pay to play. by the time we were at the 3rd hole, an employee walked up to us TWICE to tell us different rules. which we thought were strange because we werent breaking any rules. i could feel their eyes on us the whole time. their was other families in there playing as well, but for reason, they just kept looking right at us. i felt very threatened. well, my 5 year old daughter has never played mini golf and was having a hard time. so, my father took my golf club and showed my daughter how to hold it the right way. by the time he could even hand the golf club back to me, the SAME rude employee was back over, in our face again. telling us we cant 'play share' because we only paid for an adult and child to play. mind you, my father wasnt even hitting the ball or even close to the mini golf hole!! he took the golf club for one min. just to show my daughter how to use it and we were literally attacked for it. she was yelling at us, telling us we were wrong and breaking their rules. then, to make it worse another employee joined in, yelling over my dad who was just trying to explain to himself why he was holding the golf club for that ONE MIN. they wouldnt listen to us and were insanely rude. i have never been treated like that in my life!!!!! they talked down to us like we were trash. my dad asked for a refund and they yelled 'WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS!!!!!!!' over and over again as my dad was trying to tell both of them to just forget it and leave us alone. i said, please leave us alone and let my daughter finish her game! they then threatened to get security and i told them, i can do one better. my husband is a cop and he is working right now. i can have him come here if theyd like. and they rudely laughed and said 'yeah, have him come here and he can see how crazy yall are being' mind you, we keep walking away from them, they kept following us, yelling louder and louder, they keep getting in our faces, YELLING in front of all their customers.i said ' i guess the customer is NOT always right here' and she said 'nope, you are dead wrong bitch.' YES, AN EMPLOYEE SAID THIS TO A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!! they wont let us get a word in. i could not believe how we were treated. i guess being a decent human being and listening to people who are twice ur age and showing some damn respect is just something lunar golf employees arent suppose to do. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS HELL HOLE AND I WILL TELL ANYONE I CAN ABOUT THE WAY MY POOR FATHER WAS TREATED!!!! he showed both of those women respect and did not raise his voice the whole time, as they were yelling over him anytime he tried to defend himself. i can not believe how disgusting they were to him. AWFUL!!
