I have always loved your clothes and so has my family of 5. I always buy my kids a lulu lemon outfit at Christmas as a treat because your clothes are so expensive my kids can’t afford them on their own. This year, to be sure to get the most popular pieces, and as stores themselves were urging customers to do, I bought my kids gifts at your stores early- in October. By shopping early, I was able to get everything they wanted in the right size, which if you ask any parent is impossible at Christmas time in this store, spending over $600. I had to return about half of this merchandise due to things not fitting properly and when I went to return these items, 3 weeks after Christmas, I was told that none of them were available to be returned due to their store policy. There was no possibility of a store credit or a refund or anything. The young ladies (and I emphasize young because they were clearly lacking experience in customer service) in charge would not budge on this policy even though I had all my receipts and the items I was returning were still on the shelves of the store!! I was flabbergasted that during a global pandemic where everyone was told if you don’t get your Christmas presents early, they won’t come on time, I shopped a month earlier than usual (and I was smart to because items I ordered in November never came), and I was punished by the store for doing this. This was incredibly short sighted of these young women and very poor customer service. That store has now permanently lost my business and I will no longer buy Christmas gifts from any Lululemon store. I advise anyone thinking of shopping here to head over to Athleta. The product offerings are more unique, the prices are better and their customer service is terrific. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review of customer service at any store but I was so shocked I felt I could not be silent.
