LoveSac - Greenville, South Carolina SC 29607 - Haywood Mall

The people who work at Lovesac, Haywood Mall are fantastic. The sactional sofa we bought is a versatile product. We love that you can arrange it in different configurations to suit your room, your group, or your mood. HOWEVER, we had two pieces with small defects which we returned 2 1/2 weeks ago and there is no sign of a replacement. We also returned the covers because they were cream looking (and named) in the store, but looked like yellow butter in our house. We had to order a different color within the 30 day period, which we did. No sign of a replacement on those in the 17 days since we returned them. We have no covers on the couch and have to keep sheets on them for protection. When we call (and we certainly have) , the store and their national customer service all tell me replacements are coming. Don't go here unless you have a long time to wait for any replacements you might need. Also you need to know that when the items are shipped, ours in 15 different boxes, we received tracking numbers the night before they were delivered and we were out of town. There was no time to arrange a different Fed Ex delivery date, so they were sitting on the porch in the pouring rain, on two separate mornings when the cat sitter came. (the biggest set was delivered at 9:15 pm) She was late for work pulling all those boxes in the house the next morning when she found them.
