Former Customer
Bad experience with lack of customer service by the Kierland Commons store and company. Half of my "sactional" was lost during return and the burden to fix it is being placed on my shoulders.
Working with the Arizona Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and LoveSac Corporate to resolve this issue.
Would strongly urge consumers not to purcha from this company.
Buyer beware.
