Refused Entry into the store
Attempted top go in to look at a dress. When I walked in a employee told me to go verbal and with hand signals. I was a bit baffled . I left but, as I was leaving I was angry. I did not think a store could refuse service. I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty. I found out the employee name was Cynthia. I proceeded to call the HR person for the company, Susie. I explained everything to her. All she could do is say Thank You. I left a message with the owner, Peter. I called the Southcenter Management Office and told them what happened.
