Decided to celebrate my 65th Birthday dinner at your Steakhouse.....Huge Mistake....We dine out everywhere and 10 times minimum, weekly....we arrived at 5:30 ...rather empty establishment....and quiet....sat in booth back so we could watch our champion Scottie in the car , vehicle running and locked up with A/C on...cool rainy night....Waitress seemed knowledgeable and experienced....seemed EXPERIENCED>>>..2 people >>>I asked about a pittsburgh application to a cut of prime steak....it was explained....and I ordered a 10 oz. filet>tossed house salad, plain vinegar and blue cheese crumbles...baked potatoe and butter and sour cream on side....never got the sour cream..... and your stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and yes, bread....>>My dear friend of 20 years, ordered the 10 Oz. salmon>>with tartar sauce, the offered rice... and a salad , ranch dressing........back to my instruction on my filet, lightly charred and pink , no blood....a Man brings the mushrooms with rather hurry and disgust..abrupt..small and only 5 ..his reply was>>>very hot>>> will bring two plates....iI said, please. the platter was hot, not the mushrooms, they were thrown down....and then the bread arrives...no salad yet.....minutes go by like 15....no salads...my friend heads to Restroom....Both Entrees ARRIVE.....I INQUIRED , WHY NO SALADS YET? THIS IS WHERE IT BEGAN........THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE OFFER ALTERNATIVES........AND THEN THE MANAGER COMES OVER....YOUNG MAN , OFFERS BILL RETALIATION ADJUSTMENT....this is NOT THE ISSUE....WHEN SERVING A CLIENT 'S FOOD....YOU HAVE ONE TRY AND THAT IS WHY THEY ARE THERE>>>has to be done RIGHT, THE FIRST TIME...DOES NOT WORK WITH MISTAKE AND BACK UPS....>>DID NOT WANT IT TO SIT, AND STAY WARM.....THEY BROUGHT THE SALADS AND WAS TOLD THAT IN ITALY THEY EAT THEIR SALADS LAST....WHAT ???>>>WE ARE NOT IN ITALY NOR AM I ITALIAN....PLEASE !!!! ALSO THE WRONG VINEGAR....SPECIFICALLY CLARIFIED THAT I DID NOT WANT BALSAMIC VINEGAR , PLAIN RED WINE VINEGAR...WAS TOLD, FINE...NO TARTAR FOR THE SALMON AND THAT ARRIVED AFTER THE SALMON WAS 90% EATEN>>>THEY SAID THEY HAD TO MAKE it FRESH.....WHAT???/ THIS IS DINNER TIME>>>>THEN>>>MY FILET WAS SEVERELY OVERCOOKED AND BURNT.....AND WAS NOT A 10 OZ FILET....I ATE SOME....CHARRED AND BITTER....ASKED FOR MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS SAUTEED,...CHARGED ME ANOTHER 4.$ FOR THE REQUEST.....THE COMPLETE DINNER WAS A TOTAL BLOW OUT....WE ARE A TRI STATE FAMILY .....HUGE BUSINESS HISTORY......FINE DINING.....I KNOW EVERYONE....MY REVIEW IS A MINUS 2>>>>>PLEASE HAVE A CORPORATE ASSOCIATE OR OWNER CONTACT ME AT ONCE....IT WAS AN UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE....ALSO. WAITED AT DOOR ....NO ONE TO GREET US.....THIS WAS 5:30 ONCE AGAIN....WAITED TO BE SEATED.....OVERALL, THE "HOUSE" WAS NOT BEING MANAGED WITH PRECISION........WAS A MESS.....MAYBE BECAUSE IT WAS A MONDAY NIGHT....??? LOLOL. THE MANAGER WAS VERY YOUNG, A PRESENCE WAS NEEDED WITH EXPERIENCE....FIRST IMPRESSIONS LAST. HAROLD T. HOLMES
