Upset with customer service
I bought a shirt that was on sale but didn't know the sale was final. The girl checking me out didn't say that it was. When I wanted to exchange it the girl working and I think was the manager said "I'm sorry all sale items are final it's all yours" in a very sarcastic way. Then I looked at the sale rack and noticed at the bottom of the sign in FINE print that sales were final. Well if you want to make sale items final please don't put it in fine print and have your employees tell your customers at check out that it is final, then inform your managers not to be so rude and condescending when someone is nicely just wanting to exchange something. I like Lizard Thicket. But I won't go back to this one!! Oh and the girl who was so sarcastic had short blonde hair.
