Beautiful selection and incredibly knowledgeable staff!
Disappointed
I was in the market for a Rolex, and went to this place because of the reviews. Little to my surprise I was highly disappointed in the customer service! When I asked the sales associate where I could find Men's Rolex watches...she pointed saying over there. She wasn't helping anyone at the time. She didn't come over to help until I looked annoyed. This was extremely disappointing. It really seemed like she didn't take me or my business serious. I tried to call and speak with the store manager(Elaine) who really didn't seem to care, but rather make excuses for my disappointment. Well, I went somewhere that did. Tourneau in Arlington that was way out of my way, since I work in Rockville. It was well worth it, because the service I received was outstanding. I purchased the Rolex from them, so thanks for helping me find someone that wanted my business. I highly recommend not giving this place your business!
