I wouldn't buy another hat off this guy ever again I got the impression that he was going to exchange a green bay packer hat for me because the hat that my step daughter gave me for christmas ws too big , instead he sold me a another hat for 5.00 dollars of with the trade of the other hat , I wouldn't trust this guy to take care of my cats !

I called lids to see if I cold exchange a green bay packer hat for a smaller size because the hat my stepdaughter gave me for christmas was too small and the guy said he would exchange it for the right size even though I did have the reciet but when I got there he didnt do that instead he charged ms for a new hat and just took 5.00 dollars off if and also took the hat fvat my stepdaughter gave me, not cool ! I wouldn't trust this guy to watch my

I got s hat from my stepdaughter for christmas and it was too big so I went to the lids store in eastview mall and the guy wouldn't exchange the hat for a smaller size , what he did do was take 5.00 dollars off the price for a newer hat and he also took the hat that my stepdaughter gave me for christmas , I'm not a happy camper , this guy at lids is a shrewed business man I wont shop there again, very bad business transaction if you ask me .
