I called lids in Lincoln Nebraska at the gate way mall to inquire about a hat and was rudely hung up on by a lids rep why the fuck answer the phone to hang up on a customer shit is unprofessional and disrespectful i spend my money there so the fucking employees can be rude when i call for for merchandize seriously
