Unprofessionally run
I walk in and the woman that works there is on the phone FACE TIMING someone while on the job. She quickly stopped that once I walked in but then became overbearing when I was just there to look around to see what new hats they had gotten. Bad selection too as this store is smaller than most. Go to Menlo or Freehold. This Lids/Mall has had it!
