Lids Locker Room - Burlington, Massachusetts MA 01803 - Burlington Mall

I placed an order for a jersey a week ago with this store. I called the store a week later to get the the status of my jersey. I was then put on hold because the guy at the counter didn't know what to do about checking on a order. I waited 20 minutes and got a hold of the manager. i asked, "What was the status of my order?" He then asked me , "Did i get a email from the company." I said, "No, thats the reason why i am calling you guys to find out what is going on with my order." He then stated, "Well bud you didn't get an email the item didn't ship(it took a week to ship i thought). He said, "Your all set bud." and hung up on me. I called back and said, "I no longer want the item and would like to have the order cancelled." I was then referred to a customer service line. Honestly this guy couldn't call his company and have my order cancelled? So i said whatever i guess i will do his job for him and hung up the phone. i contacted customer service and let them know i wanted to cancel the order and have my money refunded. The customer service guy told me the item was at the store ready for pick up......(this was literally right after i got off the phone with the store manager) at this point i was a frustrated with the retardedness that i was having to deal with so i said you know what just cancel the order and refund my money. He said he would have to call the store and have the people at the store cancel the order. i waited on hold and when he returned on the line he said once the item is shipped back to there warehouse i will be refunded. I was looking forward to doing business with this company with the upcoming holidays but i will no longer. I will also not refer anyone to purchase from a company that doesn't seem to have there shit together. Also i believe the half brained manager was named Matt.
