Bought Levis jeans from this store last summer. I wear shorts when the weather permits (which is most of the time) and means the jeans were hardly worn. Back pocket stitching was tearing away causing big holes in the backside of the jeans. Called the store and spoke with closing manager explaining the condition of the jeans. Was told they would make sure I was taken care of. Arrived at store and conveniently the closing manager was on the phone and sent the assistant manager my way. Assistant manager told me that they will not exchange jeans more than 6 months old. I let her know that Levis has a lifetime warranty on their jeans. If you are in my situation look for their warranty. THEY DO OFFER LIFETIME WARRANTY ON DEFECTIVE JEANS !!! Nobody offered to help me find a different pair of jeans. The store was not busy at the time either so there should have been someone available to help me. I was not taken care of so I walked out the door unhappy. I will not purchase clothing from this store again because of the "lack of customer service." Very disappointed.
