Bad customer service and an unreasonable return policy. They won’t open changing room so you have to bring everything home to try on and then return. My son who lives nearby made the return for me and they would not credit my card but only give me a store credit. They won’t last much longer.

After driving an hour to purchase jeans, we were told the dressing rooms were closed. We drove this far because purchasing online has only left us with jeans that do not fit. Trying them on is the best option. The response from the employee was short and not very customer service like. She continued to say we could purchase them and take them to the public restroom next door to try on and if they didn’t work, bring them back. Yuck! Disappointed

Very poorly run. The store was supposed to open at 10:00 AM, got there at 10:30 and a sign on the door said the didn’t open until 2:00. Came back at 2:00 and a very rude guy said the would be opening at 2:30. He said it was “a floating schedule”.

I couldn't even get into this hole-in-wall store. "There's too many people in here, start a line outside". Really? If social distancing and masks were working than why are the numbers going up? We're being punked ! It's just like the elite to think that they can stop a force of nature....by washing our hands... LOL. I'm going to buy some Wranglers. I won't be back.
