Customer by ,
I had to have two sets of glasses one for daily use and one for sun glasses. I bought two frames. One was ray ban. I was not happy when I told them that the sun glasses I could not see out of as well as the normal lenses. They said we don't understand they are the same lenses. So instead of arguing I took them. Keep in mind both frames are different and now and within the 30 day trial period. The lens would just fall out of the normal wearing frames and lens. My wife took them back now several times and now the last time were told it is past the 30 days and we will regrind the lens. Now they just stay in the frames a little longer. We would have to buy a new pair of frames. They refuse to make this correct. So once again I am using a computer for work today with sunglasses that make writing and reading a choir and give me headaches. I am sending wife over again, and it this does not get addressed. We are seeking of legal counsel.
