LensCrafters - Nashville, Tennessee 37215 - The Mall at Green Hills

Horrible Experience! Do Not Shop here!!! They will lie and quote you on paper a price they will not honor. The manager is RUDE, DISHONEST, LACKS INTEGRITY, IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL didnt want to give me his name and covered up his badge so I couldn't see it (see pic). He also took my paper and refused to give it back to me. When I demanded my paper and wouldn't leave the store he called security. I told him that was fine a wanted security to come so I could get my paper with my information on it. He then proceeded to the back office where he shredded my paper. When security arrived I told them what he did and he told them that I was banned from the store. Per security he told them he did shred it and that I had given him the paper voluntarily which is untrue. Why not wait for security? Why shred it if they did nothing wrong? Is this the type of employee LensCrafters wants representing them. What an awful leader with such a poor example to his employees. They are so incompetent at this locations. Do not trust them!!! Don't spend your hard earned money here as they are capable of anything. I had asked the manager for the information to corporate office and he said to look it up online and refused to provide me any information to make a complaint. When two security men arrived: Officer Rawls and another man in plain clothes I believe his name was Steve Lynn I asked them to get for me the managers name and that I wanted a copy of my prescription and the corporate office info because I want to make sure I report him as he needs to be fired! I will post on every social media outlet about the poor treatment and the way LensCrafters manager Chip Walker does business. I will send an email and call the corporate office and make a complaint. I will tell all my family, friends, coworkers, neighbors and even strangers about the awful level service and shady business LensCrafters conducts. This is NOT how customers should be treated. Obviously LensCrafters knows nothing about customer service and their management is poorly trained. How can i be banned from a store for asking for my paper quote back that contains my name, insurance information, the frames I had selected and my prescription? It's not my fault that the assistant manager made a mistake with the insurance info and gave me a quote on their letterhead of $71 for what they now say it's $300+. I should have video taped his dumb a** rushing to the back to the office so Everyone could see him on social media going in with the paper in hand and coming out empty handed. I want to be contacted by the District manager / corporate office to discuss this matter further so if your reading this call me. I was there today picking up my 1st order of glasses between 6-7pm. As for Dr. Ducklo you are an excellent eye doctor but you shouldn't affiliate yourself with such sleazy company and should think twice about doing practice at LensCrafters Green hills location. Ask your girls at the front desk who witnessed part of what happened today.
