Drove four times to get the glasses I purchased and no one knew anything about why the lens didn't arrive. (50 miles round trip) Couldn't resolve the problem a the phone. Went the fourth time and they wanted to resize me. At this point, I requested my money back and a refund. After my request , the staff member replied that she was going to give me the frame for free, but seems I requested to take my business elsewhere. BAD SERVICE.
