LensCrafters - El Paso, Texas 79925 - 5642 - Cielo Vista Mall

I want to report a very bad experience with Lenscrafters at Cielo Vista El Paso. I am wearing contacts for 30 years and needed a prescription from an eye doctor for my insurance. It took me various visits, them ordering samples, which took 4 weeks to arrive before the final ones could be ordered (no change from the samples). Lenscrafters claims the costs of the contacts from my insurance and gets paid. Then COVID-19 hits and the store was closed. The right thing to do! I called them and nobody answers, but I left a message and request to send my contacts by mail. I did this twice. No result, in spite of the fact that the message says that you will be called back asap. Only now when they open again I could pick them up. They had my contacts two months in their store and had not a clue on satisfying a customer by sending two very small packages by mail.
