Chef Chris from the Tinton Falls outlet store was incredibly helpful. They didn’t have what I was looking for and he personally did a search and called the King of Prussia signature store. Stephanie the assistant manager at KOP, also could not have been more helpful. Great experience!

Bad return service!! With N original receipt and with only 6 days after purchase the return with credit was almost impossible! Their computers were not able to give a credit. They insisted on making a exchange BUT all the items that would be considered a fair exchange the prices had been increased since purchase and I would need to add at least $20 more !! They said their IT systems was not working properly since Black Friday!! That was over a month ago how could a store allow that much time to pass without a remedy??!! Eventually after a few conversations with the manager via phone miraculously the it was working and I got a credit from the computer??!! The manager was condescending calling me "Dear" I would not recommend any purchases from this store!!
