we purchased three items that would be shipped to our home and we would be notified about shipping via email. never received any email. wife contacted store to get shipping info. only two items were received but paid for three. contacted store. third item never ordered. store refused to reimburse us the money for third item. wife contacted main headquarters to try and get reimbursed. were still waiting.
