High pressure sales to elderly
by Angry daughter, May 24, 2023
Zero rating should be an option. Maya's high pressure sells tactics sold $2000. worth of beauty products to my elderly 80 year old mother . She was walking to her car through the mall hallway and was pressured to come into the store. My mother expressed feeling overwhelmed and pressured. Many calls were made to the manager with no return calls. The employee refused to process a return the following day.

My review mirrors exactly what everyone else is saying. Pretty much bullied me into the store and tried to put skin care product on me. The black-haired lady wouldn't take no for an answer. She told me how my wrinkles were already going away and how bad I needed this product. After saying no several times, she would get up and go talk to the male gentleman working there and come back with a lower offer. From $399 starting all the way down to $100

PURCHASED SOME PRODUCT FROM YOUR STORE AT THE SPOKANE VALLEY MALL, WASHINGTON. I FEEL THAT I UNFORNATELY PRESSURED TO BUY THE PRODUCTS. THE SAFFIN DAY MOISTURIZER, SKIN CARE TIGHTENER, AND EXFOLIATOR. I SPENT THE LAST 326.00 I HAD SO I COULD LEAVE THE STORE BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING A CONSULTATION ON HOW TO CARE FOR MY SKIN INSTEAD I WAS IN A TINY ROOM LIKE A CLOSET TO WATCH A VIDEO AND LISTEN TO A SALES PITCH ABOUT THE TO

The Sales woman named R* with the blonde/red hair, asked my husband out on a “date” in front of my three kids and me. It was absolutely appalling and so unprofessional. It made my entire family uncomfortable. I am in utter dismay that she would have the audacity to ask a married man out and be so pushy about selling their over-rated products. All women be on guard. This woman has no ethics or concern for a man’s worth.
Insulting

RUDEST, incredibly insulting male working at your store. The mall office, mall security, and a plethora of mall employees confirmed that he receives non-stop complaints ... why hasn't he been FIRED?
Unprofessional, Rude, unethical

Jan was the employee who dragged me inside to show the products. She first showed the skin product, did a little demo on my hand, offered the discount deal. When I denied to purchase she pushed for it insisting the deal is only for one day. my response still remained unchanged this girl literally had the audacity to tell me the customer "oh but you have a really bad skin, what are you gonna do about it?" Train your employees customer service first

Lavelier store 14700 East Indiana Ave. sales representative acted very inappropriate. She demanded me to take her to dinner and grabbed my phone from me. I was extremely uncomfortable. Her sales pressure crossed the line and was very unprofessional.

I was sucked into the Valley Lavelier store by a trashy woman. She gave me compliments and was touchy-feely. She grabbed my arm and told me I needed to take her on a date and buy a $6,000 Skin Light. When I politely said no thanks and wanted to leave she blocked the door and begged me to call her. She said i would not regret it, I would be more than satisfied. Something is out of whack there. Beware of trashy woman with thick accent/red hair.

I thought that the company would like to be informed that the Spokane Valley, Washington Lavelier store 14700 East Indiana Ave. sales representative acted very inappropriate. I was extremely uncomfortable. She took my cell phone from my hand and demanded that I take her to dinner put her number in my phone. It was uncalled for and NOT wanted. Do not shop here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady standing out front offered a free sample which I took. I should have known that it wouldn't stop there. She practically took me by the arm and pulled me in to the store and sat me down. Immediately started talking about skin cream. I could barely understand her thick accent. She starts taking off my make up under my eyes with a cotton ball all while asking really personal questions about my life. She also had my boyfriend come in as well. She starts talking about how this cream is going to save my life. That it is like natural botox. She finishes up and then says "Oh ill give you a great deal. All of these 3 products for 499$. All of this retails for over $1000 on the website" I said no. She acted defeated. Went to check her computer, came back and offered it for $299. I still said no. She asked why and I felt very pressured and awkward to say that I am a mom and don't have money for that. She finally let us go. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone. The cream she put under my eyes made my skin very stiff and I hated it. Do not come here and do not let these people convince you to enter their store. I was never charged but I can assure you, it's a rip off.

My boyfriend was by himself in the mall and they got him to go into the store. He paid over $200 for these products. Gave them exactly $220. After cashing out the woman checking him out accused him of only giving her $140. Which is not true. He showed the receipt and it says what he gave her. That did not matter to him. He took the $140 that she was holding in her hands and said keep the product. He lost $80 because he didn’t want to deal with it anymore. If I was there this would of not happened. Do not shop at this store. The product is not worth the money. And girls keep your boyfriends close when they are at the mall, they will take advantage of a man that doesn’t know anything about skin care and scams
