When I said I didn’t want o purchase the products and said sorry for wasting her time she said I use excuses to live my life and that I needed to workout and take better care of my skin. She also said my skin was super dry but it’s actually pretty oily and I know that from working with derms and I consistently get facials. I get making sales but there’s a difference between trying to sell stuff and being rude af
these people are dangerous/rude/pushy by ,
I don't even want to give them 1 star. their tactics on saleing is predatory. I was just walking by and the girl just pulled me over to the chair and forced me to sit down, and keep on asking what my face routine is and I can do better and being very forceful on why i don't want to buy the product for $200 and she could give me a deal I said NO on buying a bigger bottle for 100 and again I said NO. buy this time my teenager was getting very agitated and I tried to leave and she would not let me, again telling her NO. but she would not let me get up. she said she could give me the bottle for $19.99 I was like fine give me the a bottle for $19.99 I just want to leave she was like ok ok. and stupidly I gave her a card and she charged it $109.40 for flipping face serum. I went back because that is not what I agreed to and they refused to give me a refund. SO be careful when you walk by this kiosk and be forceful on the NO you don't want their over priced crap. I called my bank to dispute the charges and the BBB. This is not ok and they need to be stopped especially NOW.
Extremely Rude and Dangerous by ,
The salesperson practically forced me into the chair, grabbed my hand without asking, and began rubbing the product onto my skin without asking as well. I was wearing a face mask because we are in a PANDEMIC and the woman told me to remove it. I said no and that I'm uncomfortable doing that due to Covid and she began insisting I take it off with a look of disgust on her face. She held a mirror up to my face and began pointing out all of my flaws and talking about how terrible my skin is. As I was about to cry my boyfriend grabbed my hand and yanked me away (he waited because he thought I was actually interested at first). This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I immediately wanted to leave the mall and felt uncomfortable and insecure the rest of the day. Terrible.

This sales "technique" used at the mall kiosk is pushy and extremely rude. This is the second time a salesperson from this kiosk has done this to us. Had a salesperson grab my hand (shouldn't be grabbing people during a pandemic) and kind of push me into the chair, after saying not interested multiple times. Then the salesperson went on to point out my skin flaws to my SIGNIFICANT OTHER to try and get me to buy Lavelier products. Making people feel bad about how they look is not a good sales technique, its how to guarantee someone doesn't buy from you.
