Scammer and Fraud at the very least
by Cookie, Jan 25, 2024
STAY AWAY!!! I was scammed on 1/19/24 by these "people". Every single review in this forum is exactly what I experienced. I can just cut and paste. Not only did Alberto, lie to me about the return policy, and I believe I was supposed to get a voucher for a free facial (none), the whole torn box for a discount thing, but he charged my credit card twice!! Your right it makes you feel stupid, like how did I not see this? CLOSE THIS STORE!
Heartless predators. SCAM! DO NOT BUY!
by Fool Me Once, Dec 3, 2023
Scammer! Once they see that you are vulnerable, they become predators. They manipulated me into buying very expensive products. The contact number to return/ask questions about Perfectio is a fake number. Automated message, sounding like Michaella, will ask for personal information. And then a text, with incorrect grammar, will tell you hours are from 10-5 M-F. Really? Spa hours? Do not be fooled. My belief, they are criminals soon be busted!
Beware! Pressure tactics and targeting vulnerable people
by Robin Jones, Aug 15, 2023
This company and location uses high pressure sales tactics and targets vulnerable people, especially older women for their products which fall short of promises and are outrageously priced when purchased from them. It’s questionable if what they demonstrate on you is the same thing that they are selling you! Their staff stalk you as you pass by and make promises that sound great but are ridiculous! They upsell you on everything! Stay clear!!!
High Pressured Preditors of Elderly

They offer free sample packet to draw you, then fast talking sales pitch full of compliments & testimonials from relatives using infrared therapy to heal arthritis & pain. Before I knew it I had purchased 3 products to get free Infrared facial. The facial tech. used more high pressure sales tactics adding more & more products & reducing cost of infrared device. I was a fool to listen. RUN You will not get your money back. See BBB complaints

Not the same product
by Vickie, Mar 28, 2023
High stakes sales pitch… looks like the product works under eyes. But when I got home I don’t think it was the same product that was demonstrated at all!
Overpriced at the very least.. the only thing I can say is that when o shop at this mall again and they try to grab me, I will say I already got it and it didn’t work!
Scam! Fraud!
by Stay Away, Aug 12, 2022
This company pretends to be Lavelier. The are under the franchise umbrella however, this location in Clackamas does not sell actual Lavelier products. They sell you cheap product you can find on Amazon at a cost 3 times higher. Don’t fall for it! Please run and avoid this place. The mall should evict these people.
This is a scam

I bought this product in April 2022 I felt under a lot of pressure from the sales person at Happy Valley mall. He offered me a good deal supposedly in creams and products. After swiping my credit card he removed and switched the creams for a cheaper version. I have the products now but o do not know how to used Bc he never sent me all the emails w videos and explanation of the usage and other services information. It was a big mistake buying
Huge mistake

High pressure sales along with high personal compliments -add in being in an emotionally vulnerable place, equaled being completely taken advantage of, and spending money that I could not afford to spend. I am deeply saddened and disappointed in myself, and even more than that, cannot believe I allowed myself to be pressured to buy something without researching and walking away to think about it first. I feel scammed and want my money back.

Uncomfortable
by H. Call, Apr 19, 2022
The sales people are predatory. Every time I visit the mall, I get stopped by one of the male sales assoc. They comment about my eyes/ general appearance and say something about wanting to apply one of their creams to my face. This last time was the worst as there were less shoppers around. I got an interrogation from the sales rep, wanting to know where I was going, how I choose to spend my money, etc. Very uncomfortable experience.
Purchased Lavelier

My friend & I were approached by a Salesman at Clackamas town center. He asked us to try the lavelier fine line eye serum & hydro therm age defying syringe . We each purchased a set. Total $600.00. We followed instructions & it hasn’t change the appearance of our skin around the eyes. Next I’m getting in contact with the better business bureau.
