Love Beans Disappointed 3 calls half hour wasted trying to call hunting store freeport
Hi love LL Bean people in store are awesome - however very disappointed it was impossible to call hunting fishing store to ask a question.
Three calls to LL Bean main line eventually got yo customer service rep - 3 times - 3 separate calls half hour wasted - no one could connect me to a phone that was answered.
Cost Beans $150.00 sale - I went to Dick's vs chance drivjng extra 26 miles on possible fools errand not knowing item on sales floor
