Terrible customer service. It was the first time I had been shopping since March. I didn’t realize the dressing rooms were off limits. The manager was very accusatory and condescending. She was going out of her way to make me feel uncomfortable about the situation even though I had apologized. I suggested she block off the area or lock the dressing room doors. She kept insisting the dressing room doors don’t lock. She continued to yell remarks at me as I left the store. Her co-worker looked appalled and embarrassed by her behavior but did not say or do anything. The dressing rooms should be blocked off if they are off limits. The manager also needs a reminder to be kind to others.
