Very rude employee
The older woman working at this store was very unprofessional and pushy. First, she invaded my personal space to give an unsolicited sales pitch. She then bad-mouthed customers with another elderly woman at the register. There's a reason this store is always empty.
Excellent!
Buying bras has always been a chore for me but Jeanie (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) at Post Falls Outlet made it so easy. She helped me find my right size and gave me professional feedback on the correct fit. She brought the bras to the dressing room and put ones not chosen back in their place. Jeanie was very professional and kind, and went the extra mile in making the customer happy. Thank you Jeanie and Hanes.
