If I could give less than one star, perhaps a negative five, I would. As it turns out my saleswoman did not tell the truth about the quality of my product. She promised me that I was purchasing the best quality lenses with the top of the line extras including scratch resistance, transitions, and polarization. Scratches appeared on the lenses in less than 4 days, even with following the directions the saleswoman provided the special fluid and using the wiping cloth she gave me. To add to that disappointment, the price she quoted me for the frames was double the price they sell for in most other stores. I can own responsibility for getting duped on the frames because I didn't do my research. When I went back to ask questions about the quality of the lenses she was dismissive and bordered on disrespectful. She was not able to provide me with the type of process that was used to create my lenses, and would not call her lab to get the information for me. Her suggestion was for me to save up some money and buy another set of glasses. Really great customer un-service, #horribleservice , #stayaway , #neveragain .
