While walking past the store on 11/26/2016, the OWNER jumped out at me with his hands up in the air and yelled, "hi"!. I looked around like what is going on? As I looked around, all of the employees were laughing hysterically, including the owner, David. As I walked away, they were still laughing hysterically about the scene. I was not. I proceeded to the food court and decided to call the store to tell them about the situation and the store manager Rudy gets on the phone. Long story short, he was soooooo rude to me!!!!! Didn't even care or show any empathy at all! His demeanor was beyond ignorant!! He was acting like he was the victim. He then Tells me that it was the owner that did that and puts him on the phone. The owner did apologize, but if he was really sorry he would have apologized right after he decided to pursue his little juvenile act! I would NEVER buy anything from them because if there is a problem, you may end up with rude and cruel customer service from the store manager OR a juvenile to handle your concern. Unprofessional and rude all the way. I will always go to Kay's where you are treated like a real customer should be.
