Former Customer
The lack of customer service I get whenever I visit this particular store is amazing. No matter what day or time I go there I am always in the store about 5 minutes or so before an associate asks if I need help. They have those young kids working in there and don't care about customer service at all. The last straw with me was when I walked in the store and two associates were on their phones just talking amongst each other laughing at something on their phone and didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was in the store. I hate the fact that this is the only store that's close to me.
