Worst Customer Service Ever by ,
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give 0 stars, I would! I visited the store to purchase three pair of tennis shoes. They did not have a large selection of the desired styles and sizes needed, so I purchased one pair, and went to another shoe store for the others. I even up returning to this store, to purchase a pair I'd previously saw. During my purchase transaction, I was told that the register had froze and could not take any cards. Since I didn't have cash, I asked the cashier if she could hold the shoes, until the next morning; hoping by then, the register would be up and running. As I was headed home, I pulled up my online banking, only to notice that the $70.04 transaction was complete and my card was actually charged the amount; therefore, I returned to the store and requested the shoes or a refund. By this time, there were three female employees in the store. Daisy identified herself as the manager. There was another girl who said that her name was Valerie. Both ladies were extremely unprofessional, verbally hostile, and very argumentatative. They yelled at me, waving their hands in my face, while refusing to refund my money. I went as far as showing them the completed transaction, from my online banking. When that did not work, I took it a step futher, and called my bank. Placing the phone on speaker, the bank teller stated, at least three times, that I was charged in the amount of $70.04 and funds were taken out of my account. Not pending, but paid! Still, these young ladies continued to refuse my refund. Their behaviors were totally unacceptable, resulting in customers leaving the store. I have never witnessed anything like this. After I refused to leave until they refunded my money, they had the audacity to call security on me; though I never threatened anyone, nor did I curse anyone out, as I could have; however, they were actually yelling at me, saying things like, "We don't care! We're not giving you anything! You need to leave! We don't care what your bank says, etc. It was horrible. I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. This mess went on for about 30 minutes, until Daisy's rude, unprofessional, incompetent self called her manager, who instructed her to refund my money. To this day, the funds are paid from my account, so if I would have walked away without my refund, I would've given footlocker $70.04. I will NEVER return there!
