KFC/Long John Silver's - Aurora, Colorado 80016 - Southlands Lifestyle Center

I ordered from here about once a month for the lays 6 months. This last time was the worst. Ruined half the 70$ meal ordered. Not only was The gravy watery, apart from the usual missing. But it smelled foul there was no way i was going to taste it. Completely lost my appetite.

I wish there was no star my wife and I went to KFC/Long John we went thru the drive thru and rudely !! they said the drive thru closed (instead of blocking it off or put a sign up) No big deal we decided to go in and eat my wife order the two pieces of fish and I order the k10 big box they where both burnt !! I don't like to complain but my wife's was way worse then mine so we I took it back and I believe here name was maryem or Mary can't remember the rude one !! She tells me short staff and I'm going to half to wait until she is done takeing a line of orders well she forgot about us 25 minutes later I went back to counter and or fish was done but now it's bin setting in the basket all this time it's cold but we didn't want to make it a big deal as we left the rude one called me back to the counter and she told me I needed to throw my trash away and that wasn't my trash it was the burnt fish I took back 25 min ago but I nicely thru it away. I felt so bad for my wife who craved this fish all day !! And then we get this kind of service she ended up taking it home and throwing it away and eating left overs !!!!!

We just had the bucket of tenders again, and they were awful!! Must of been sitting under the lights all day, and very small. Cold , very disappointed!!
