Former customer
I was a repeat customer until a few weeks ago when a sales associate was assisting me and making sure that I was completely satisfied with my selection when the owner, Ken rudely told me that I was taking too long and that he had another project for his associate. He told me that he would have to charge extra because I was spending too much time deciding on a design. This was unprofessional and clearly showed he didn't value his customer and was not concerned about customer satisfaction. I wanted to make sure I get what I pay for and I refuse to be rushed. I took my business elsewhere where I am appreciated and respected. My review really deserves 1/2 star.
