Kay Jewelers - Holyoke, Massachusetts 01040 - Holyoke Mall

I brought in a Bulova watch to be sized that I purchased online, mind you I am a frequent customer at Kay Jewelers in the Holyoke Mall what correctly now put used to be as of yesterday! The fact that I did not purchase my watch at that store or Kay Jewelers online seem to change the associate whole demeanor with me. Then I was informed that it would cost me over $50 to have my watch sized there I've had watches size there before and only pay $25. I was asked by another associate how many links would I be having removed I responded with 223 like the last time I had a watch-sized there. The other associate which address me first walked over to her whispered something to her and then that associate stated she was sorry but they have to charge me $18 a link that is what Kay Jewelers charges to size watches. The whole situation with both Associates came off as Shady and quite frankly one was even slightly rude judging from the behavior of the associates I take it Kay Jewelers policy now is the only be treated decently and with respect when you purchase from them not only am I a frequent customer Kay Jewelers I also have their credit card which I will be canceling and shutting down my account and will no longer give Kay Jeweler my business!

This particular Kay's is the worst one I've ever been to, all the sales associates are very incompetent, rude, and seemed to be more focused on what's going on in their cell phones than actually helping the customers. They couldn't even answer basic jewelery questions, everytime I call their store no one ever answers and when they do they just hang up on you while on hold. I have literally called the store while I was in there and they just ignore it or mute their store phones. Please consider shopping elsewhere because we can't keep supporting businesses with bad customer practices.
