Horrible knowledge of merchandise
I walked in wanting to see there selection.
1. They dont have a good bridal selection.
2. They kept pushing for a custom piece enen though i repeated numerous times im from out of town.
3. The sales person seemed to know anything about the inventory. She seemed extremely bored.
4. When i asked about the color, clarity and carat of the diamond(s) the sales person kept skipping my questions and would point out the color of the gold. Disappointed
