Sean, the custom jeweler is as unprofessional person I have ever met. We have been going around and around for months, last week he told my husband “oh, I was just going to call you the ring just came in but they forgot to do the filigree around the edge so I am sending it back.” Great story. HE TOLD HIM THE EXACT SAME THING 3 WEEKS BEFORE! Sean has NEVER called us and every time we call him, because promised deadlines were past he would say, “It just came in, I was just going to call you.” This has happened SEVERAL times. As for the manager, she never seems to know what is going on or she tells us completely wrong information. We commissioned my wedding band in the spring. I went 2 months before my wedding without an engagement ring to make sure that it was made to line up properly, it didn’t. It wasn’t even the right size!
