this company is not to be trusted. They make arrangements for parties, take deposits and 3 to 4 days before your event they back out. They take their time refunding your deposit. They offer too much information as to why they can't do your event. It is not my problem that their employees are not to be trusted. Maybe they should do a more thorough check on who they hire. They not only backed out of my granddaughters' birthday party but they also backed out on another person's birthday party. They only live 2 blocks from us and their party was scheduled the same day. All in all I would never recommend them to anyone else. I would have given them no stars but that was not an option

Ok where do I start with this experience!? Let’s start with when I first contacted to get info about renting... so professional, lighting fast responses and so friendly! Second... after any questions I had....again answered so fast! I felt like the only customer they had! Next ...delivery... quick set up, sprayed sanitation on the bouncer, it was super clean and perfect for my daughters party!! Last pick up.. I finally got to meet the amazing owners of this company!! I can’t say it enough how happy my husband and I are with this rental experience! We certainly picked the right place the first time and will never go anywhere else!!
