Their products break in days, their deliveries are always late, their salespeople lie, they have no customer service, they are a complete fraud. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Just Don’t Do It
When you can get a hold of someone, the customer service is nice. Our new couch is nice.
But PLEASE just save yourself the hassle. We have had soooo many problems in the process and it is impossible to get in touch with customer service. If you order a couch and love it and everything goes perfect that is great. We love the couch we finally ended up with. But the amount of drama that it took to get our couch was crazy!!!
