I went to the mall and was not planning on buying any shoes at all, but I went into Journey's just to look around with my partner. I was immediately greeted by Kaylee, and she was absolutely amazing! She was super helpful, friendly, and personable. She went above and beyond to help me, 100%. Give this woman a raise!!
