After Christmas horrible service I store and I phone with Brandon....very unprofessional phone on hold 22 mins just so he could educate himself on internet issue again....and i was on hold walked in while on hold to see him helping another customer like i didn't matter...so i stood there and called back to see he lets vm pick it up... crazy nothing but issues with this store and company...and there merging with tmobile ...nahhhhh all set here...ending contract...not worth the aggravation going up on bill all the time even though in a contract... not again....not happening bye
