I went to the store to look for a certain kind of shoes they advertise on their newest catalog, and they didn’t have it at the store. After I went trough The Whole inventory they have at the store looking for the ones I was looking for, and not find them, I opt for other kind of shoes. And since they didn’t have the right size I was looking for they told me that they can order the shoes I like and I didn’t have to pay for shipping. So I agree and they order them for me. And after waiting for four days for the shoes I wanted. I got the wrong size. I got two size smaller. I don’t understand how someone can do that when I clearly told the person who put my order in my size. Very unpleasant and very disappointed. I will never go back to this store. And I will not recommend it to no one. I live like 15 miles away and the only thing they can do for me was for me to take it to the store so they can reorder for my right size. I don’t time to be dealing with this kind of situations. It should be done right the first time.
