Johnson-Lambe Co. - Raleigh, North Carolina 27605 - Village District (Cameron Village)

Unfortunately the customer service has gone way down. As a parent of a high school athlete, I ordered online over $300 worth of school spirit gear in May 2019. As of this writing (two months later), I still have not received the items. Both times when I inquired about the status of the order, the response I received on the phone was less than helpful. Both times the attitude was to pass the buck on to the salesman responsible for online ordering for this high school, and to be rude when doing it. And if the salesman is unavailable (as was the case both times) apparently no one else in the whole store has the ability to check on orders made online. Johnson Lambe has gotten full of themselves and treat customers any what they like because they are the only game in town for spirit wear.
