Received a Christmas gift (which was purchased on Dec 18th) Husband was not aware of the return policy nor was he informed . I spoke with a young lady on 1-2-21 and explained to her (that’s when she told me 10days from the date of purchase) I told her it was a Christmas gift, said the date of purchase and she told me to bring it back! Get here today 1-3-21 only to find out that you can only get a store credit! It’s nothing in their that caught my attention. They even said Kay Jewelry don’t even give a refund back (why even throw shade on them) I’m assuming because I said I don’t shop in stores like this if I’m unable to get a my monies back. Stores usually give until Jan 9th! $750 smh!
