I've shopped for a lot of jewelry but without a doubt Ali at Jewelry & Company has been the most accommodating and helpful with any needs I've had (and I've had a few), whether it's customization, or sizing, or finding that perfect engagement ring for my beautiful fiance he really came through for me! Great prices for sure
Worst experience ever
Worst experience I've ever had in my life, to them calling me as a customer a liar, making accusations towards me and being very disrespectful and also not having my bracelet after calling me three times saying it's ready for pickup the previous day . If you are ever thinking of buying something from here DONT, it will have scratches and break within three days. I bought a $2000 Cuban link bracelet, not even two days later the lock wouldn't work anymore and then I looked closer and saw that it was scratched in many places. I bring the merchandise back and they start telling me I scratched it and I broke it etc.. worst experience ever would never come back.
