Over promised - underperformed
The first word comes to mind after working with Tony is - talentless.
The engagement ring that was turned in for repair received no work besides a LIGHT coat of platting. Talking to Tony it is obvious that he does not take his job very seriously and his hands are not suited for this craft.
To verify this, when you are in the store, just look around at most of the “jewelry” that is displayed.
