Watch Your Step
For the past two years, my wife and I had taken in three or four items for on-site repairs of jewelry clasps, chains and the like to our general satisfaction.
Had Jewel Mart met its duty, as I met my own in making full payment at pick-up ($63 / 11.11.18) to repair my automatic watch as contracted ("It stops running"), I'd have recommended their full slate of services.
But as I received no valuable customer satisfaction (watch was buffed yet continued to stop in rest, requiring re-set daily at wear) and owner showed no interest in achieving that end (I wouldn't let same person make re-attempt, seeking a new technician or partial refund, both denied), I must discourage readers any business contact with Jewel Mart (11.17.18).
