JCPenney - Fairfield Township, Ohio 45011 - Bridgewater Falls

The Sephora inside JcPenney associates were the rudest people I have ever encountered. Its no wonder they act the way they do when their store manager is argumentative and conniving. I spend a good portion of my disposable income at their stores to be ignored, so the associates can make up excuses as to why they cannot assist me when I ask and text on their phones. I was made to feel as if I was in the wrong for simply asking for a sample. The container even had a "try me" sticker and half the vials were missing. I was given numerous, false reasons as to why I was treated like I was. The Sephora manager told me she didn't know how to rectify the situation because she is new and so are all her associates. Just a horrendous experience. There are other places that will treat you better for being a loyal customer.
