Employee followed my daughter and friends around after they bought perfume at their sephora and when they confronted their stalker, who they didn’t know was an employee, she got very defensive and aggressive immediately, responding with “mind your own f*cking business” This caused my daughter to get very aggressive with her words as well as she believed she was being racially profiled for stealing. The employee, who never stated she was an employee until after threatening to call security, should not have gotten defensive and cursed out my daughter and should’ve answered her honestly. If she gave a calm response instead of attitude and cursing, the girls would have no problem answering any questions. The manager was very rude to all of them, even though only one of them talked to the employee, and escorted them out of the store. This is unacceptable as they had BOUGHT from JCPenny and did not steal anything. Horrible security and a bad “asset protector” who cannot handle situations correctly
