I'm writing this here because when I called Customer Service, it refused to give me a live operator. This may not be the place for this, but I just received a notice from your Synchrony/Bank that I owed a late fee. I was hoodwinked by this same bank when I opened an Amazon credit card account and was charged a late fee on my first two bills. Reluctantly, I paid those and cut up my new card. I wrote the check for this JCP card account on the 3rd day of Sept. but wasn't given credit until the 9th, which of course, was one day late, by their standards. I WILLNOT PAY ANOTHER LATE FEE. And if JCP doesn't take it off, I will cut it up also, and be done with your cards. Thank you.
