I want to just give my opinion about one of your managers. His name is Aaron. He has got to be be one of the most arrogant, rude,condescending, disrespectful, unprofessional and self absorbed people I have ever encountered. I , sadly, overheard this person talking about an employee in the Sephora store (located inside the JCPenny). Not only was he so unprofessional, bad mouthing another employee so much that it made me cringe. He was discussing this person with a customer! The person he was talking to was not wearing a tag and had shopping bags. I am assuming she wasn’t an employee. This by itself is despicable, unprofessional, rude and arrogant. My second point is who he was talking about. He was aiming his frustration at a lovely woman that works in Sephora. I remember her name, Jessica, because she had served me not 20 minutes before. She was sweet, polite, patient, respectful and beyond professional. Nothing like what your so called manager Aaron was rambling on about! Let’s add another chapter to the story by saying that a couple of your salon gals were gossiping about Aaron fighting with his girlfriend on the phone. Take a guess what her name is? Jessica! Seriously??? Not only are your staff a gossipy bunch - when they should have been working, but management is taking their personal problems out on other staff because of a name??? How did I get so damned lucky to experience this all in the same damn day?! Aaron needs some serious training in what is expected out of someone in a managerial position! Kudos to the sweetheart in Sephora for being a sparkling example of what a good employee should be. Your manager Aaron needs to be moved back to entry level and learn some damn manners!
