Okay Yall, First Off My Experience Here Was Amazing! I Was Excited To Get My Hair Done Because It Had Been Years Since The Last Time Ive Been To A Salon. And On 3/28/19 I Had Miss Kylee Who Took Her Time With My Hair & It Came Out So Beautiful That I Feel Like A New Person! & I Think Thats The Experience We All Want & Need ! I Would Definitely Refer Her To Everyone & Anyone & I Will Definitely Be Coming Back. Thank You For Making My Time There An Enjoyable One.

1 star because there was no way to rate it lower. I got a perm from a stylist that apparently didn't know what she was doing. 6 weeks later my hair is STILL falling out. This stylist is no longer with the salon due to multiple complaints. The manager, Pam, was not helpful. First of all she acted like she didn't believe me. She said she had never heard of hair falling out after a perm. She said she saw a little breakage, but assured me I was not going to be bald and last night would be the last time I would see the hair falling out. She suggested conditioning treatments, but when I asked her if that was keep my hair from falling out she said no. She said when I felt ready then I can come in and have another perm. No way and no how. She never bothered to look at my record that all salons keep. That is why they ask for a phone number. She didn't even offer a refund for the perm that ruined my hair. I would not recommend this salon.
